Welcome to iimpro, a video-based marketplace that enables vendors to promote and sell products through video content created by ambassadors (influencers) and viewed by customers. These Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Content Guidelines govern your use of the iimpro platform, including our mobile applications, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering for, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not access or use the Platform.

1. WHO WE ARE

1.1 iimpro is operated by Sellstar Ltd, trading as iimpro, a company registered in England and Wales.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you may only use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

3. USER ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1 Customers

May browse, view, and interact with video content and products.
Must engage respectfully and avoid abusive, offensive, or unlawful conduct.

3.2 Ambassadors

Create live or pre-recorded promotional video content for vendor products.
Must ensure content is accurate, respectful, and complies with all content standards.
Acknowledge that all content created on the Platform is considered promotional and may be used by iimpro for marketing purposes.

3.3 Vendors

Vendors are approved sellers who promote and sell physical or digital goods via the Platform.
Vendors must currently sync their Shopify stores with the iimpro platform. During the beta period, full integration requires direct contact with iimpro and approval from our onboarding team.
Vendors must provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, shipping details, and return policies.
Vendors are responsible for timely order fulfillment and professional customer service.
Prohibited products include weapons, counterfeit goods, illegal substances, and products that violate applicable laws or intellectual property rights.

4. CONTENT GUIDELINES

4.1 All content uploaded, shared, or streamed on the Platform must comply with our Content Guidelines:

No profanity, vulgarity, or obscene language
No depictions of violence, weapons, or criminal activity
No nudity or sexually suggestive content
No false, misleading, or deceptive claims about products or services
No hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory behavior
No unlicensed use of copyrighted material
All content must be respectful, brand-safe, and community-friendly

4.2 Additional Content Standards:

Content must not include spam, misleading metadata, or external links to unaffiliated third-party sales.
Dangerous activities, stunts, or challenges are strictly prohibited.
All product demonstrations must be safe, clear, and follow community expectations.

4.3 Ambassadors must:

Represent products based on honest opinions and actual experiences.
Acknowledge that all content is promotional in nature.
Refrain from making any unverifiable claims or medical guarantees.
Only use music, visuals, or assets they own or have licensed rights to.

4.4 Vendors must:

Maintain professional video and image standards for product listings.
Avoid content that misleads customers about pricing, quality, or usage.
Ensure compliance with all legal advertising standards.

4.5 Customers must:

Engage respectfully with other users and platform staff.
Avoid defamatory or false product reviews.
Use reporting tools to flag policy violations constructively.

5. LICENSE TO USE CONTENT

5.1 By uploading or publishing content to the Platform, you grant Sellstar Ltd a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

5.2 You confirm that you have the necessary rights to grant this license and that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1 All Platform content, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, user interfaces, and design elements, are the property of Sellstar Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without express written consent.

7. ACCESSIBILITY

7.1 While we take all reasonable steps to minimize any delays and interruptions to your use of our Platform, we do not guarantee that it will be available at all times or at any given time.
7.2 We are not responsible for any delays or interruptions that affect your ability to use the Platform.
7.3 We may, at any time and without notice, discontinue the Platform, and we are not liable for any loss, cost, damage, or liability resulting from such discontinuance.

8. TERMINATION AND ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

8.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms, applicable laws, or our Content Guidelines.

8.2 Users may deactivate their accounts at any time by contacting customer support.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1 iimpro provides the Platform "as is" and disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9.2 We are not responsible for:

Vendor products or customer satisfaction
The accuracy or legality of user-generated content
Transactions conducted outside the Platform

9.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sellstar Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. GOVERNING LAW

10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

10.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

11.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
